Who runs A Carolina Christmas Show, and when was it started?

A Carolina Christmas Show is run by Carolina Concepts, a company started by Joe and Frances Delk in the mid-1970s. Joe and Frances have been in charge of A Carolina Chritsmas Show since it's creation, as well as various other Christmas and craft shows in Raleigh, NC, Hickory, NC, and Knoxville, TN, throughout the years. If you speak to someone on the phone at Carolina Concepts, it is most likely Frances.

I want to be an exibitor; how do I join this show?

While most of our exhibitors have been with us for many years (some even since the beginning!), we are also looking for new exhibitors who can be with us for many years to come. The best way to check for availability for an upcoming show is to simply call us. We try to keep several "last minute" spots available at all our shows, so don't hesitate to call just because it is a week or two before the show - we'll make room for you if at all possible. Our normal business hours are 9:00am-5:00pm EST, Monday-Friday. If you can't call us during these hours, however, please send us an e-mail and we will respond as soon as we can.

What type of exhibitors does A Carolina Christmas Show normally have? Will my products fit in?

It would indeed be quite a long answer if we tried to answer this question fully! Our exhibitors range from homemade soups to handmade glass figurines to commercial home products. Most of our exhibitors are home or craft-based, yet many are commercially produced as well. Most are Christmas-oriented, yet many are not. Most exhibitors have been travelling to shows for many years, yet every year we have brand new "showies." We are currently working on our final list of exhibitors for this year's show, so please check back with us before the show for that final list.

Are there any kinds of ticket discounts available?

Yes! Please check with any area Food Lion store in November 2009 for a $1.00 off coupon for the show.
